Job Description
Are you passionate about sports or providing excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, delivering top-tier customer service and maintaining high standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. No two days are the same, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. The salary is £12.50 per hour.
What you will do
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Promote safer gambling practices.
* Take bets on various sports and events.
* Handle customer transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
* Address customer complaints empathetically and resolve issues effectively.
* Work towards targets and goals.
* Maintain high shop standards.
* Open and close the shop as needed.
Working patterns
Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 17 hours, comprising long opening or closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We provide your rota at least four weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications
* You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
* Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly.
