This growing events business is looking for a Senior Event Manager to join the team and lead the delivery of high-profile live events and projects across the UK and internationally.
This is a senior, hands-on role managing complex projects from initial briefing through to live delivery. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, taking ownership of multiple projects whilst helping to drive best practice, operational excellence and exceptional client experiences throughout.
The successful Senior Event Manager will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident leading large-scale projects within fast-paced live event environments.
Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex live events and experiential projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners
* Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting and financial tracking
* Manage suppliers, venues, freelancers and production partners throughout project delivery
* Oversee timelines, logistics, resource planning and project execution
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard
* Lead onsite event delivery, troubleshooting and decision-making during live events
* Support and mentor junior team members where required
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and client experience
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
* Around 5–8 years' experience within events, experiential, activations or live project environments
* Proven experience managing complex, high-value events and projects
* Strong client services and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent project management, planning and organisational abilities
* Experience managing budgets and commercial delivery
* Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
* Confidence leading teams, suppliers and project stakeholders
* Agency, experiential or live events experience strongly preferred
