Responsibilities
* Pricing moves and providing quotations to clients.
* Being the main point of contact for your client from start to finish.
* Booking moves into the diary and completing all paperwork required.
* Invoicing and collecting payments from clients.
* Working on specialist contracts held by McGimpseys.
* Managing for clients/accounts daily.
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills are essential.
* Excellent organisation skills are essential.
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
* Min 6 months experience working in a busy office environment.
* IT literate with experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.20 per hour
