HR Business Partner Location: Malmesbury (100% office based) Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + bonus + excellent benefits We are supporting a privately-owned, multi-sector group to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their people team. The organisation manages a broad portfolio of businesses and investments across areas such as property, aviation, agriculture, retail, and hospitality. With approximately 85 direct employees (and around 400 across associated entities), no two days are the same — the environment is fast-moving, varied, and rich with opportunity to make an impact. This role is based in stunning offices in Malmesbury, working as part of a small, collaborative HR team consisting of a Head of HR, HR Assistant, and wider HR Team who sit within the Group. The Role This is a true HR generalist position supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong operational and change-focused remit. You will partner with managers across multiple business areas, coach leaders, improve processes, and take ownership of several key HR projects.
