They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Conveyancing Supervisor to lead a thriving conveyancing department and contribute significantly to ongoing success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and deep expertise in both residential and commercial conveyancing transactions. They should bring a strong commercial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care. Additionally, they must possess the leadership qualities necessary to inspire and guide a team effectively. Job Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing. At least three years’ experience leading and supervising a conveyancing team. Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not essential. Extensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. Ability to thrive under pressure while meeting targets. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Job Responsibilities: Leadership: Inspire, guide, and manage a team of conveyancing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Client Service: Ensure the consistent delivery of top-quality legal services to all clients. Quality Assurance: Develop and support team leaders in maintaining rigorous standards for quality monitoring and compliance in all conveyancing transactions, adhering to legal regulations and best practices. Compliance: Uphold CQS accreditation and ensure continued membership on lender platforms and panels. Maintain and refine internal policies and procedures to align with SRA guidance and the Conveyancing Protocol. Performance Management: Provide senior management with regular performance reports, leveraging data analysis to identify improvement areas and optimize strategies. Business Development: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the department’s profile by sharing valuable insights and expertise. Technology: Identify and implement innovative technology solutions to streamline and improve the efficiency and transparency of conveyancing processes.
