Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job broadcasting, headhunting, initial screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles.
* Partner with senior leaders and principals to understand their specific staffing needs and provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
* Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurate and compliant with data protection regulations.
* Lead on proactive recruitment initiatives, such as university careers fairs and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of future talent.
* Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSiE) guidelines and internal safeguarding protocols.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the education or public sector.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
