My client is a well-established law firm in Richmond, on the lookout for a Private Client Lega Assistant or Paralegal to join their team.Key responsibilities:
* Assisting attorneys in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
* Managing and organising client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Conducting legal research and staying informed about relevant laws and regulations.
* Facilitating communication between clients, attorneys, and third parties.
* Handling probate and trust administration tasks, including document preparation and court filings.
* Collaborating with other paralegals and legal professionals to ensure smooth workflow.
* Providing excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 12 months experience as a Private Client Paralegal
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Familiarity with relevant software and case management tools.
