This is a part-time (30 hrs/week) on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Other responsibilities include providing clerical support to the executive team and ensuring smooth office operations.
Clear phone etiquette and strong communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)
GCSE Maths and English
Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or clinic setting
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Bachelor's degree
