At the heart of our organisation is a simple belief: when people can see how they grow, everyone succeeds. Colleagues feel more engaged, leaders make better decisions, and the organisation delivers stronger outcomes for the communities it serves.
We’re looking for a strategic, people-centred Talent Frameworks Manager to shape how careers, talent and succession work across our organisation, now and for the future.
This is a unique opportunity to design the frameworks that make growth feel clear, fair and achievable, while ensuring we build the capabilities and leadership pipelines needed to thrive long term.
About the role
This role is about designing the framework that make growth feel clear, fair and achievable, while ensuring we build the capabilities and leadership pipelines the organisation needs to thrive.
As our Talent Frameworks Manager, you will design our enterprise‑wide talent frameworks. This includes career pathways, progression criteria, succession planning and capability frameworks that are clear, inclusive and future‑focused.
You will translate external research, organisational strategy and future skills into practical, easy‑to‑use frameworks that support meaningful career conversations, consistent talent decisions and sustainable succession pipelines. You will act as a steward of our talent framework, ensuring consistency, equity and clarity.
You’ll work in close partnership with the Academy team, sharing future pathways, skills and capability needs so learning and development content is built around that future thinking.

About you
