As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead of a Barchester care home, you will support the delivery of the quality care we are known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you will help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life, leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervising clinical practice, and checking our regulatory compliance. You will set the highest standards and develop and deliver strategies that help you achieve your goals.
About You
* Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
* Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.
* Experience helping residents with diverse health needs.
* Successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
* HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of sales and marketing.
* Understanding of budget management.
* Track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
* Compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
