Salary:£33,600 – £34,800
Additional Pay:£3,250 – £6,500 per year for sleep-ins
Hours:08:00 – 22:00, 39 hours per week
Driving Licence:Full UK driving licence required

About the RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care. You’ll lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure that every child receives the structure and support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the day-to-day management of the home and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards
* Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
* Act as a positive role model for both staff and young people
* Support with rota planning, budgeting, and staff development
* Create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for children
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a residential children’s home
* NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People or equivalent
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
* Experience managing staff rotas and budgets
* Full UK driving licence
