We are looking for someone who puts the client and candidate experience first. You will be the face of Randstad, ensuring a world-class service is delivered at all times.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Building Partnerships: Creating and nurturing strong, customer-focused relationships with the client at all levels to ensure long-term partnership success.
Recruitment: Screening suitable candidates and conducting onsite interviews.
Team Support: Supporting, mentoring, and skill-sharing with all team members, including induction support for temporary staff.
Compliance: Adhering to strict deadlines and SLAs while effectively managing multiple roles.
HR Support: Handling ad-hoc Payroll support and ER/HR queries.
Workforce Management: Supporting workforce and performance management.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Relationship Expertise: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptability & Flexibility: A highly adaptable and flexible working style, able to quickly adjust and prioritise tasks at short notice to meet the needs of different clients and sites.
Experience: The ability to demonstrate supervisory or team leading experience.
Resilience: The ability to work and thrive under pressure.
Recruitment Knowledge (Desirable): An understanding of volume recruitment management would be a strong advantage.
