Role Overview: We are seeking a proficient Demand Plan Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the S&OE and S&OP process to maximise inventory availability and our inventory position. This role is responsible for the daily cadence to report on factors contributing towards our KPI’s and utilising ERP and forecasting tools to achieve accurate forecasting. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders to represent the Supply Chain team and drive meeting cadence to capture reactive and proactive demand. Responsibilities: Liaising with Sales and wider teams to establish future demand requirements for products Providing regular reporting and commentary on supplier performance, stock availability, stock holding, on-time / in-full delivery performance, and long-term product forecasts Responsible for accurate updating of ERP systems with key information to enable successful resolution of inventory requests or queries and tracking of all mandatory KPIs Maintaining Forecasting Tools through Key stakeholder input and analytical skills to ensure demand forecasts are accurate in line with KPI’s set by management. Contribute daily / weekly / monthly cadence to contribute towards stock availability and inventory value KPI’s Maintain actively stocked product to ensure obsolescence and stock availability are under control as product ranges change Minimising excess inventory and stockouts Requirements Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting Keen eye for detail and ability to call out risks to management Strong communication skills across departments to positively contribute to demand planning Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel features Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets Passion for ensuring customer satisfaction The successful applicant will have a can-do attitude to deliver exceptional results for our customers, both internally and externally.
