We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a thriving specialist school in Croydon as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Teaching Assistant (TA), Learning Mentor, Healthcare Assistant, or Support Worker.

Responsibilities:
* Support students 1:1 or in small groups in school or college settings, working five days a week.
* Encourage learning, increase engagement, and help raise attainment for students with MLD and SLD.
* Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents to ensure effective support between school and home.
Details:
* Full-time role (8:30 am – 3:30 pm), hours may vary.
* No prior school experience required; support workers, healthcare assistants, graduates, youth workers, or those with personal experience are welcome.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
