Key Responsibilities
* Design utility systems such as chilled water, hot water, compressed air, and steam systems
* Perform system calculations, develop layouts, design piping networks, and select appropriate equipment
* Prepare equipment and valve datasheets, and support technical bid evaluations
* Maintain strong familiarity with commonly used utility equipment brands, including their performance and application
* Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design alignment and review returned documents for compliance with process requirements
* Stay updated on industry trends and support business development activities, including technical presentations and marketing initiatives
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Energy, Thermal Engineering, or a related discipline
* At least 5 years of experience in utility system design, particularly in heating and cooling source systems
* Proficiency in CAD and other relevant engineering design software
* Good understanding of cleanroom design standards and technical specifications
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently
* Effective communication and presentation skills for technical coordination and stakeholder engagement
