The Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Relationship Builder Help with maintaining social relationships with our buyers & B2B Contacts.
* PR Task Management: Assist with keeping the team organised appropriately in the relevant PR projects
* Be able to respond to changes and performance challenges at pace.
* Be a passionate and empathetic team member, able to effectively help delegate to others
* Project Assistance & Task Coordination: Support the team by conducting research and providing relevant insights for strategic initiatives and ongoing projects. Assist with assigning tasks from the management to relevant team members, ensuring clear communication and deadlines.
* Monitor task progress, providing updates to the team and ensuring that projects are on track and aligned with broader business objectives.
* Relationship Building: Act as a point of contact between the team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring a positive relationship is maintained.
Adhoc Tasks
* Shipping Preparation: Prepare PR packages for shipping to key stakeholders.
* Strong passion and existing knowledge of the beauty & fashion industry (ideal)
* Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
* Have good communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Have a good understanding of deliverables and the importance of the role
* Prior experience in B2B Brand sales is a plus.
To be able to drive & have own car (Is a plus)
