Asa Hot Tub Supervisor, you will lead in delivering a clean, compliant and guest focussed tub service to our guests. This is very much a hands-on role so leading from the front is key. Specifically, you will have the following key responsibilities; Leadership Lead, motivate and support a small hot-tub team. Allocate daily tasks and oversee performance. Support training and ensure procedures are followed on a daily basis. Health and Safety Ensure hot tub operations meet all health and safety/ compliance standards. Carry out routine checks, testing and record keeping. Act promptly on any safety, hygiene or operational issues. Ensure PPE is available and in use. Operations Oversee daily opening and closing of hot tub facilities. Respond professionally to guest queries or incidents. Liaise with front office, maintenance and management regarding faults and repairs. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Stock Control Monitor stock levels of chemicals, consumables and PPE. Ensure safe storage, handling, and usage of all materials.
