The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to actively progress the business in all aspects of the Corrugator within production. The role will be responsible for the operational functions of the process area to ensure the output requirements of the business are met and to exceed targets for safety, efficiency, output, quality and waste.
Key Responsibilites of the role:
1. Supporting development of the Corrugator team ensuring that all system processes, health, safety and quality systems are trained and adhered to
2. Supporting development of the Corrugator team with completing appraisals and identifying areas of development/training
3. Completion of audits of current processes to identify areas of improvement
4. Development of new process working documents and delivering training
