Ford Fuels is a family run fuel and lubricant distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.
An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Office Supervisor to run the Customer Service department working at our Membury Depot.
You will be required to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.
About the role: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
Supervise and coordinate daily activities and operations within the team
Direct workflow to colleagues
Manage the stock reconciliation process, balancing receipts with sales
Accounting for the movement of fuel
Offer training, development and support
Regular 1-2-1's with the team
Find solutions to reoccurring problems
Take accountability for any escalated customer queries
Provide telephone / administrative support during busy times and to cover holiday and other absence
Act as main liaison with other departments / depots
About you: Experience as a supervisor (essential)
Experience in the fuel industry (desirable)
Able to influence
