Casual Turndown Attendant

Position Purpose
To be responsible for the cleanliness and good order of guest bedrooms at night and to assist with the comfort and well-being of guests during their stay. Shifts are 18:00 - 21:00.
Essential Functions:
* Prepare guest bedrooms by restocking, cleaning, and setting the bedroom for the evening.
* Apply ABCs of Housekeeping standards where applicable.
* Have a complete understanding of all Housekeeping Departmental policies and procedures.
* Ensure guests receive the highest customer service.
* Carry out and assist with any reasonable tasks as instructed by your Supervisor.
* Have a complete understanding of turndown service standards.
Candidate Specification:
* Must have a strong desire to work in an incomparable 5-star sector and exude luxury in all interactions.
* Previous knowledge or experience in luxury hotels is desirable.
* Previous Housekeeping experience is essential.
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
* Ability to communicate freely and eloquently in the local language.
* Willingness to adhere to immaculate grooming policy and strict uniform standards.
* Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.
