You’ll lead by example, support the team, and contribute to a high-quality early years experience for every child. Supporting the management team in daily operations and staff supervision Leading a room and inspiring your team to deliver child-led, high-quality learning Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children and staff Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Upholding safeguarding practices and EYFS standards across the setting Stepping up in the absence of the Deputy or Nursery Manager as needed Reference: WILL113460/TR INDCHI
