The Role: The Business Support Administrator is a highly varied and responsible role where you will be supporting the Renewal and New Business teams of this niche insurance brokers, proactively working to ensure the smooth running of the office. Salary: £25-30,000 (dependant on experience) optional hybrid working an excellent benefits package. Business Support Administrator, responsibilities: Support the team in their dealings with new and existing clients. Liaise with clients and insurers by phone and email. Send out renewal proposals and chasing for information as required. Obtain quotation illustrations, preparing written reports, collating renewal proposals, preparing files for client meetings. Update database and back-office systems. Understand team priorities and diarise team deadlines to proactively support business delivery. Work to existing processes and contribute to the enhancement of process and systems. Coordinating content from the team as per the marketing plan to ensure deadlines are met. General administration and business support as required. The successful Business Support Administrator will enjoy working in a supportive, friendly and informal office environment with an open and collaborative management style. Business Support Administrator, skills and experience required: Experience in customer services and involved administration. Highly efficient with an organised approach to work, excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow process. A confident, enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated team player with the flexibility and pace required to work effectively in a small team in a fast paced and often pressurised environment. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent time management, dealing with and supporting the team in working to constantly changing workload and fixed deadlines. Highly IT literate with a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). A good level of education (A Level or above).
