We are currently looking for a 1-6 PQE Insolvency Solicitor to join our specialist Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team in Norwich. Our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team specialises in all aspects of insolvency, contentious and non-contentious, personal and corporate, with a particular focus on complex investigative contentious work. The role will enable the candidate to develop a strong specialism in all aspects of insolvency work, including managing their own case-load and working as part of a wider team on larger cases. We can offer you an excellent flexible work life balance with a mixture between home and office working (as appropriate) with a fantastic friendly team. This team are specialists in their field and they will provide you with training and development to help you reach your goals. We encourage all of our team members to take an active role in business development to allow them to build and develop their own relationships within the Insolvency sector and our wider business community. It is advantageous for the successful candidate to have prior insolvency experience. A few things which distinguish us from our competitors: We have retained our Tier 1 Ranking in East Anglia for Insolvency and Corporate Recovery which accurately reflects our reputation in this sector across East Anglia and that we continue to win substantial and complex insolvency instructions from a wide variety of insolvency practitioners and businesses in the region. An example Legal 500 testimonial stated 'When one considers that HP is a regional firm, charging regional rates, the quality of their performance is quite exceptional. Unsurprisingly, this also has a knock on effect on the quality of the work that they regularly attract, with HP being a firm that consistently punches way above its weight.' We are a panel firm for the Insolvency Service and deal with director disqualification investigations and proceedings and public interest winding up matters. We are a panel firm for the Official Receiver of England and Wales and deal with all aspects of compulsory liquidations and bankruptcies.
