Our client, based in Leicester, is currently recruiting for a part time Accounts Clerk (20 hours) on a four week temporary contract with a view to go permanent.
The position is due to start in September and travel will be required to the office at least 2/3 days per week. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage and be able to be flexible with their working pattern
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Supporting the team with invoicing and ensuring accuracy of pricing
2. Processing invoices and delivery notes
3. Ensuring deliveries are received and matching against invoices
4. Supporting with general finance duties and administration tasks
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
5. Background in a similar role
6. Knowledge of Sage accounting systems
Working hours:
7. 20 hours per week
8. Monday - Friday, negotiable hours
