We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Concession Manager to lead our Menswear Corner at Harrods. This is a key position within our retail structure, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving commercial performance, and managing a high-performing team within the unique framework of a department store setting.
Drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed commercial targets and KPIs
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations in collaboration with Harrods floor management and internal retail teams
Guarantee an outstanding client experience by leading by example and coaching the team on clienteling and service standards
Recruit, onboard, and continuously develop team members to ensure high engagement and performance
Manage staff schedules and coverage in accordance with both brand and Harrods policies
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising in line with seasonal guidelines and collection focus
Ensure the concession area is always tidy, organized, and aligned with brand presentation standards
Communicate effectively with head office and Harrods support teams, including Buying, VM, and Operations
Previous experience as a Store or Concession Manager, preferably in a luxury retail or department store setting
Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
Solid understanding of inventory management, replenishment cycles, and stockroom procedures
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, especially in a high-traffic retail environment
Fluency in English; other languages are considered an asset
