We are searching for Residential Surveyors in Chichester.
Bartley West Chartered Surveyors & Valuers is a well-established, forward-thinking private practice seeking a Residential Surveyor to join its growing team.
This role is ideal for a professional with MRICS, FRICS, or AssocRICS status who is looking to take the next step in their career with a dynamic and supportive firm that genuinely values its people and promotes a healthy work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 Survey Reports plus Pre-Completion surveys and specific defect reports, depending on experience (training can be provided).
•Undertake RICS-compliant residential valuations for non-lending purposes. Training for Valuer Status can be provided if the RICS Registered Valuer status has not already been achieved.
•Support junior surveyors and APC candidates, working as a proactive team member for collaboration.
•Remain up to date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practices.
•Contribute to business development, particularly around the base location.
Requirements:
•MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
•Experience in reporting on building construction and pathology
•Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
•Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
