About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Stockport. As a Service Advisor you will provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep customers up to date at every stage, answer any questions, liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle status, ensure vehicles are ready on time and advise on products and services. This challenging role places customer care first, allowing you to build genuine rapport and identify exactly what customers want and need.
Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
We welcome applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress, whether or not they have previous experience. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and through outstanding manufacturer courses run by Jaguar Land Rover. Ideally you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a strong customer service background. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but is not essential. You must have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement.
