Job Title: Technical Product Owner Salary: £49,000 - £65,500 Location: Cambridge/ Hybrid with a minimum 2 days in the office per week. The Technical Product Owner is responsible for establishing the vision, defining requirements, and setting priorities for all areas of the platform systems that serve the Cambridge Academic platform and its products, including Cambridge Core, Open Engage, and Higher Education. The Technical Product Owner will oversee the delivery of new components, features, and improvements in line with business and product goals. About the role You will be the link between the technical and business worlds, working with both the technical development teams and the business to deliver high quality functionality and improvements. As the subject matter expert for the Academic platform back-end components you will use that knowledge to determine the most appropriate solutions, working alongside colleagues in the Solutions Architecture team and Product Owners from other Academic development teams. Analyse requirements for new system functionality and enhancements Identify appropriate solutions and workflows to meet the business need Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Manage conflicting needs and deadlines Maintain roadmaps for platform systems Work collaboratively with an international team of technical and business staff About you You will enjoy working in a supportive environment with colleagues internationally, both in-house and from partner organisations.
