Compensation: $200,000 to $500,000 | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM | No Weekends and No Calls!

Your Qualifications:
We are looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
* Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or a relevant specialty.
* Active and unrestricted medical license in the state(s) where services will be rendered.
* Experience in hospital medicine, long-term care, or geriatric medicine is highly desirable.
* Strong clinical acumen and excellent diagnostic skills.
* Empathy, compassion, and effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed.
* Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules based on facility needs and personal preferences.
Your Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
* Provide comprehensive medical care to a caseload of 15 to 20 patients daily, managing complex medical conditions and chronic illnesses.
* Handle an average of 5 to 6 patient admissions per day, ensuring timely assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
* Conduct regular patient rounds, assess progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Perform thorough medical evaluations and order appropriate interventions.
* Ensure timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans in accordance with facility protocols.
* Participate in care conferences and family meetings to discuss patient care plans.
* Provide guidance and education to nursing staff, caregivers, and families regarding patient care and health promotion strategies.
