Job Description
1. Manage your own customer base by handling queries and ensuring a smooth sales order process.
2. Resolve customer queries efficiently, taking orders and processing them into the system.
3. Collaborate closely with the warehouse and delivery third parties.
4. Serve as the main point of contact throughout the customer's journey, resolving issues and complaints to meet service level agreements.
5. Support and assist customers passionately and proactively.
The Successful Applicant
1. Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
2. Fluent in Dutch.
3. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
4. Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional customer service skills.
6. A strong team player.
