This is a fixed term contract for at least 9-12 months Key Responsibilities Assist with the smooth operation of the department. General admin duties. Liaising with customers and internal departments in a professional and timely manner. Maintain files and keep databases up to date. Process reports, invoices, timesheets, etc. What we expect from the Successful Applicant Previous experience in an administration role. Proficient in MS Office and other office database systems. Ability to use own initiative while working alone and collaboratively when working in a team. Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
