Community Support Officer - LB Hammersmith & FulhamWe are working in partnership with a wonderful local Housing Association seeking a Community Support Officer to join their team who are dedicated to helping tenants live independently and feel part of their community.The role:
* Supporting tenants to sustain independent living and well-being
* Acting as lead worker for tenants with complex needs
* Liaising with key agencies
* Be the first and key point of contact for tenants
* Building strong links with partners and stakeholders
