You'll own projects from start to finish. Site visits, quoting, planning, delivery. Pipework and steel fabrication across pharmaceutical, chemical and manufacturing sites in Norfolk and Suffolk. You'll be the client's main contact, which means you're not stuck behind a desk - you're solving problems, building relationships, and actually making decisions.
The work's varied. Pipework for pharma clients, steel fabrication, general engineering projects.
Some on-site, some in their workshop in Suffolk. You'll plan in Primavera P6, manage site teams, keep budgets on track, and work with people who actually want to collaborate instead of protecting their territory.

You'll love this if you:
* Have genuine pipework experience - pharmaceutical, hygienic, or similar high-spec systems
* Can plan projects properly using Primavera P6 (or equivalent) - not just tick boxes, actually plan
* Are comfortable talking to customers, understanding what they need, and quoting work that makes commercial sense
* Understand welding and fabrication well enough to know what's realistic and what's not
* Work with site teams, not above them - no empire building, no unnecessary hierarchy
* Can read technical drawings and CAD
* Estimate job costs and durations based on reality, not optimism
* Have 3+ years in project management (mechanical engineering background preferred)
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* IOSH, NEBOSH, HNC/HND - useful but not essential if you can do the job.
