Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE:RL) is a global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products in five categories: apparel, accessories, home, fragrances, and hospitality. The ERP+ program will replace core operating systems with a common ERP solution to enable a global common way of working. This role reports directly to the Senior Wholesale OTC Manager, EMEA and supports regional execution of wholesale order-to-cash initiatives, providing analytical insights and operational support across cross-functional teams to align regional processes with the global transformation strategy.
The role involves travel and requires collaboration with stakeholders across the globe in a truly global program.
Responsibilities
* Business Process & Functional Support: Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and assist in making design decisions for SAP functionality, leveraging out-of-the-box solutions aligned with the global Wholesale OTC design.
* Support the identification and closure of regional process gaps, ensuring opportunities are identified to create a common way of working globally (with regional deviations for legal, regulatory, tax, language, and currency as necessary).
* Testing, Deployment & Training: Assist in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), planning deployments, and managing related communications or training activities.
* Contribute to the development of training materials and support the onboarding of new processes and systems.
* Cross-Regional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between North America, EMEA, and APAC teams to support the development of common processes and integrated testing efforts across SAP and Edge systems; provide regional support for SAP functionality with Wholesale Services, Retail, Finance, and other system partners.
* Integration & Reporting: Work with IT and business partners to define requirements for integrated Edge systems (e.g., Salesforce/B2B, NuOrder) and analyze platform-to-platform integrations to support key process migrations (outbound customer master, pricing, material master, inbound order flows); develop operational reporting to support ongoing business needs.
* Third-Party & Inter-Departmental Coordination: Assess impact on third parties (e.g., RL B2B customers) and contribute to deployment plans; coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless B2B requirements in shipping, invoicing, and returns management; support pricing, supply protection and market alignment processes.

Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a role supporting wholesale order-to-cash processes or ERP implementations.
* Strong understanding of wholesale business operational processes within an international fashion apparel or vertically integrated retail environment.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, adept at working across functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (especially SAP) and integrated platforms such as Salesforce/B2B and NuOrder.
* Knowledge of EDI Wholesale processes and configurations is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
* Strategic vision combined with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
* Confidence in engaging with cross-functional teams while supporting a common global process framework.
