Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Solicitor to join a fantastic law firm in Birmingham City Centre. This role will be within the Residential Litigation Department.
The role: Areas of work
1. Debt Recovery
2. Breach of lease
3. FTT Applications
4. Lease Analysis
5. Lease extensions and variations
The ideal candidate will have:
6. A strong academic background
7. Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience (within areas listed of work listed above)
8. A working knowledge of Civil Procedure rules – familiar with leases and enforcement of judgements
9. Attention to detail
10. MUST be familiar with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985/1987 (Long Leasehold)
