* Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting decision-making through feasibility studies, business case development, testing, and implementation activities
* Collaborate closely with Group IT throughout the software development lifecycle, serving as a senior point of contact for queries, issue resolution, and delivery alignment
* Own the development of work requests for smaller enhancements and contribute to shaping business cases for larger transformation initiatives
* Critically evaluate options and provide clear, insight-led, and evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Develop, manage, and track Benefits Realisation Plans in line with the Talbot Delivery Framework
* Translate business strategy into reporting and data requirements, analysing and documenting data sources and flows to consistent, high-quality standards
* Champion Business Analysis best practices across Talbot, coaching stakeholders on the value of structured analysis and continuous improvement
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the Business Analysis and Business Change functions, sharing knowledge and enhancing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience operating as a solid Business Analyst within the Lloyd’s Market.
* Extensive background delivering Business Analysis within business change and transformation environments (as opposed to purely technical roles)
* Strong experience delivering across the full project lifecycle, with exposure to both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies
* Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with a high degree of autonomy
