Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Store ManagerSupport the Store Manager to:
* Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales, service, and team development.
* Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
* Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
* Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
* Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels.
* Analyse store performance and report key metrics to senior management.
* Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Deputy Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
* A proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving commercial success.
