As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children through their first steps in education. You will deliver creative and engaging lessons that promote early development in communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills, laying the foundation for lifelong learning in a safe and caring environment. Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher Responsibilities: Deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum Support children's physical, emotional, social, and educational development Use play-based learning and structured activities to stimulate learning Plan and assess using observation and tracking tools Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and child protection procedures Skills & Requirements for EYFS Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with EYFS specialism Recent teaching experience in an EYFS setting is desirable Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework A warm, engaging, and caring teaching style Excellent communication and classroom management skills Updated CV and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) Why Join GSL Education?
