We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef / Chef de Partie who takes pride in producing great food and being part of a kitchen team that genuinely supports each other.

Our kitchens focus on freshly prepared pub favourites, supported by carefully selected bought-in products that help us deliver consistent quality and efficient service, especially when things get busy.
This is a full-time role for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced pub kitchen, takes pride in their food, and wants to be part of a positive and professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking dishes from our pub menu to a high standard
* Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team during busy services
* Delivering consistently great food for our guests
* Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
* Keeping the kitchen organised and service running smoothly
* Supporting and guiding junior kitchen team members where needed
* Working closely with the wider pub team to ensure a great guest experience
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working as a Chef, Senior Chef or Chef de Partie
* Comfortable working in a busy pub or restaurant kitchen
* A positive attitude and strong team mindset
* Pride in producing consistent, good quality food
* Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
* A good understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
