Job Opportunity: Day Support Worker
Location: Milton Keynes - Bletchley
Salary: £12.31 per hour
Role: Full-Time Permanent, requiring working alternate weekends
Shifts: 7am-2pm & 2pm-9pm
Additional Notes: Not open to sponsorship

About the Service
Fenny Mews & Stratford View provide Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviors. Each resident has their own flat, with access to communal spaces, promoting independence and social integration.
Support Worker Responsibilities
* Supporting residents in developing independence and life skills
* Assisting with daily activities, arts, crafts, hobbies
* Developing person-centered plans, including employment and education
* Maintaining records and conducting risk assessments
* Providing personal care, always working towards increased independence
