Overview
Contracts Manager - Permanent - Nottinghamshire. My client, a national Building and Civil Engineering Principal Contractor (turnover circa £230m), is currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join its regional office based in Nottinghamshire. This vacancy has come about due to an increase in workload and repeat business as a business unit.
Responsibilities
* To manage over multiple projects valued £2m - £10m running concurrently. Schemes will consist of both New Build & Refurbishments projects. Majority of schemes within Commercial, Healthcare, Education & Industrial sectors. Projects typically delivered within a 60 mile radius of office.
Requirements
* Education to degree level (construction related), desirable but not essential
* Experience delivering Design & Build projects
* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
* Committed, Enthusiastic, Strong work ethic, Independent thinker
* SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card
* Successful candidate must be willing to complete a DBS check on receipt of job offer
Remuneration & Benefits
* £50,000 - £60,000 + Package, Discretionary Bonus etc.
