In our parts department, as a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in the Retail Centre. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills to interact with customers face-to-face or over the phone, providing outstanding customer service.

What you'll do day-to-day
* Guide customers on parts availability, providing timely and accurate information
* Log and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers
* Deliver outstanding service to all customers
* Recommend suitable parts to meet customer needs
* Maintain accurate customer records
* Communicate promotions and product information effectively
* Familiarise yourself with all procedures in the parts department
* Build strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers

* Full UK driving licence
