Parts Advisor
1. Location: Newtown
2. Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + OTE £35,000
3. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm + 1 in 2 Saturdays (8:30am – 12:30pm)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a busy and growing Aftersales/Service team in Newtown.
You’ll be a vital link between the workshop, suppliers, and customers, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time while helping to drive additional parts sales.

Key Responsibilities:
10. Source and order vehicle parts from approved suppliers and manufacturers
11. Pre-pick parts for the workshop to ensure efficient daily workflow
12. Add and update parts pricing within the VHC (Vehicle Health Check) system
13. Manage stock levels and support effective stock rotation
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
15. Assist technicians and service advisors with parts queries
16. Support goods-in processes and maintain accurate stock control
17. Develop and grow trade customers in the local area to increase parts sales
About You:
18. Previous experience in a motor trade parts role (preferred but not essential)
19. Strong organisational and communication skills
20. Good IT skills with excellent attention to detail
21. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
22. Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
23. Customer-focused with an interest in business development
