Certain specialized procedures, such as surgeries (e.g. wisdom teeth extractions, implants), are handled by other dentists within the clinic. Denture cases are referred to a denturologist. This allows you to focus on your primary scope of practice in a structured and efficient setting.
Working hours: Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (potential for additional days in the future).
Your Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnoses
* Develop and follow up on treatment plans
* Supervise 1 to 3 hygienists at a time
* Work closely with the clinical team (assistants, hygienists)
* Communicate clearly and effectively with patients
* Maintain high standards of asepsis and quality of care
* Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience
What We Are Looking for in Our Future Colleagues:
* Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD or DDS) or recognized equivalent
* Minimum of one year of experience in general practice (or completed residency / motivated recent graduate)
* Must have practiced dentistry within the last 3 years
* Excellent command of both French and English
* Ability to work independently while supervising a small team
* Strong communication skills with a professional and patient-focused approach
* Gentle, empathetic, and reassuring approach with patients of all ages
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Residing near Lacolle (an asset)
* Interest in a long‑term position within a growing clinic
* Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
