Department: Museums & Exhibitions Team Reports to: Marketing Manager Main purpose of the job: To provide assistance with marketing tasks and general administration for the Marketing Manager. General office duties: General assistance with office duties; including but not limited to answering the main line, printing/scanning paperwork and assisting in the day-to-day running of the office. Representing the company in a professional manner. Marketing duties: Monitoring social media accounts and responding to enquiries (Instagram and LinkedIn) Assisting with generating content – liaising with the appropriate departs to track upcoming potential opportunities and making the necessary arrangements. Using Canva / Adobe InDesign to generate printed and electronic documents. Assisting with filming and photography. Responding to media enquiries. Sourcing content for internal and external company newsletters. Maintaining the integrity of the Constantine brand and adhering to company security policies. Maintaining a calendar of upcoming events Attending any private views and client visits as mutually agreed with your Coordinator/Manager Working at times as may be reasonably required, besides the normal Mon – Fri core office hours. Any other duties that may be delegated to you, for example supporting any member of staff at any given time. Liaising with colleagues in both London and Scotland to meet marketing needs. Preparing presentations for other members of staff. Skills & Experience: Essential A Marketing Degree, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar design tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excell, Word, PowerPoint etc.) Attention to detail Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity Desirable Some experience in a marketing role Proficiency in digital marketing tools Copywriting and content creation experience What we are offering: Competitive salary Life Assurance.
