About Us
Campbell College is a leading non-denominational Voluntary āBā Grammar School in Belfast, set on almost 100 acres of beautiful grounds. Established in 1894, we offer a secure and enriching environment for students aged 3ā18, including boarders and day pupils. Our Wraparound Care programme plays a key role in our Junior School provision, and we are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Manager to lead this vital area.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and highly organised individual to lead and manage our Wraparound Care provision, including Breakfast Club and After-School activities for pupils from Kindergarten to Prep 7.
This is a term-time role (approx. 45 weeks/year), ideal for someone who enjoys working with children in a supportive, fun, and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily running of Wraparound Care programmes.
* Manage staff rotas to maintain appropriate child-to-staff ratios.
* Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and staff in accordance with school policies.
* Work closely with Safeguarding Leads and maintain the highest standards of pastoral care.
* Communicate with parents regarding childrenās wellbeing and progress.
* Maintain accurate attendance and reporting for the Finance Department.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the Catering Manager and external providers.
Essential Criteria
* A relevant qualification at QCF Level 5 (e.g., Diploma in Childcare, Social Work, Nursing, Teaching, or Health Visiting).
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Motivated and confident in leading a team.
* Ability to prioritise, work flexibly, and remain calm under pressure.
* A friendly, can-do attitude and approachable personality.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Criteria
* Minimum 2 yearsā experience in a play, education, youth or day care setting.
* Paediatric First Aid training (or willingness to train).
* Experience working in a school or managing Wraparound Care.
