Forrest Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established, award-winning company based near Sandbach. They are looking to recruit a Part Time HR and Finance Assistant to provide vital support across both functions. This role is a fully office-based position and working the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm or 08:30 – 5:00pm, 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raising approx. 20 invoices per month using Sage
2. Supporting compliance with Health & Safety legislation
3. Setting up new employees on the HR system
4. Scheduling and logging appraisals
5. Preparing contracts of employment
6. Providing general administrative support to the HR and Finance teams
The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience, the ability to work to tight deadlines, strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail.
