Future is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our UX Design team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create and support Future's digital products and proprietary technology. You will be passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and detailed user interfaces that meet user needs and connect our customers to their interests.
Reporting to the UX Design Lead, you will define and lead UX strategies on projects, shaping new products and features that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities. Your responsibilities include facilitating workshops, conducting user interviews, sketching concepts, wireframing, prototyping, testing ideas, and managing these through to development.
You will conduct various UX research techniques, including planning and facilitating sessions with tools like Miro, conducting user testing with protocols and guides, setting up A/B tests, analyzing findings, and using tools like GA and Analytics to derive insights. In design, you will create and maintain user interfaces, design systems, and style guides using Figma, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and understanding the limitations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
You will stay up-to-date with UX best practices and industry trends, seeking professional growth. Experience in online shopping and affiliate marketing design is essential, along with an awareness of industry trends and competitor activity. You will guide and mentor other designers, providing feedback to support their development.
UX Research Skills:
* Broad understanding and experience with UX research techniques and their appropriate application
* Planning and facilitating research sessions with tools like Miro
* User testing and moderation skills, including preparing protocols and discussion guides
* Setting up and analyzing A/B tests
* Proficiency with GA, Analytics, and Statistics
UX Design Skills:
* User interface and interaction design expertise
* Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides
* Expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping, with strong UI design principles
* Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript limitations
* Brand management ensuring work aligns with brand guidelines
* Experience in online shopping and affiliate marketing design
