Job Description
* Support sales plans, promotions and team incentives
* Work with marketing to keep all golf promotions up to date
* Understand departmental budgets and revenue targets
* Report on all golf‑related revenues
* Take a commercial approach to daily operations to help drive income
* Look for ways to improve service and introduce new ideas
* Ensure all Golf Services follow SOPs and brand standards
* Help maintain and improve guest satisfaction scores
* Lead by example in delivering an exceptional guest journey
* Support colleagues and promote a positive team culture
* Train and guide junior team members
* Contribute to team development and succession planning
* Monitor business levels to ensure smooth daily operations
* Work closely with other departments to maximise performance
* Maintain cleanliness in all front and back‑of‑house golf areas
* Attend weekly Resort Operations Meetings when possible
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in golf operations or guest‑facing leisure services within a luxury resort or premium hospitality setting (preferred)
* Strong communication and customer‑service skills
* Good organisational and leadership abilities
* Basic IT proficiency (PMS, booking systems, Microsoft Office)
* Ability to work outdoors and manage the physical demands of the role
* Knowledge of golf etiquette, products and services (preferred)
* First Aid certification (preferred)
