£40,000–£60,000 Base + 30–45% Commission

Are you a retained search specialist looking to step into a high-billing role within a fast-evolving and globally essential sector?
Join a high-performing executive search firm with deep client partnerships across industrial, building materials, and packaging sectors. You'll inherit active retained work while developing a vertical that intersects with glass packaging, construction materials, and specialist chemicals – markets undergoing substantial innovation and transformation.
Work closely with a top-billing Director, leveraging brand equity, case studies, and deep delivery infrastructure to build something long-term and high-value.
The Work
→ Deliver retained mandates across supply chain, operations, plant leadership, and commercial functions
→ Partner with leaders in glass packaging, coatings/chemicals, construction supply, and manufacturing
→ Drive projects across the UK and Europe – average deal values £30k–£80k+
→ Build a new vertical that aligns with global infrastructure and manufacturing innovation
→ Collaborate with a dedicated research team, proven delivery methodology, and a supportive director
What We’re Looking For
→ 3+ years of recruitment experience, exec search, supply chain, industrial, or engineering experience welcome!
→ Confident delivering retained or senior-level contingent assignments
→ Experience placing roles at £100k+ salary level
→ Comfortable operating in a technical or commercially complex environment
→ Strategic thinker with a track record of repeat client success
